Krazy Meets Karma was an interesting experience. The Director, Stacey Summers, mentioned she was unable to work with several other cinematographers when we met, and she expressed there wasn't much left to shoot. After looking over the script we realized there was at least 80% of the film remaining to be shot. The budget was smaller, but they were very accommodating with locations and setting up all the details. We only needed to show up to provide production which made the process feel like a breeze.
Jamiel Boling, Cinematographer, was able to shoot to the vision and gave much insight on how to drive the story. While Ieko Media was not responsible for the final edit and color grade, we are confident in the material we provided for the film.
It was, overall, an amazing experience getting to meet everyone and to see how others approach the filmmaking process.
Stacey was in production for nearly a year and we finished the remaining filming obligation in a month. It was on everyone to knock it out and move on to the next great project!
