OPEN POSITIONS

The positions we are hiring for are open to remote as long as you have a decent internet connection, is well versed in the material to complete the tasks, can understand English well enough to get the work completed, and have a bank account for payroll (age 16 minimum if in the US). Remote Update:

If you are looking for full-time work, this can be a solution. If you are able to dedicate more time to assigned tasks, you will not only increase pay faster but also earn more bonuses, and have less risk staying on for any future projects.  The time of day you work is solely up to you as long as tasks are met and you are available for meetings and reviewing content for integration into the master project.

Every task is different, so you are not required to have all the answers but the ability to work on a timeline or with a deadline is extremely important.

You will be tasked to help migrate assets from Maya to Unity and once that is complete you will be tasked to assist with additional modeling or texturing and environment development.

Most of our content is enterprise and business use.

This is a remote position, pay is based on your local rate which a premium depending on the area. No location is off limits as long as you meet the requirements and can do the work in the designated timeframes.

Unity License is provided after employment

TALENT and RESPONSIBILITIES
• You can use whatever 3D modeling package as long as the final destination is Unity.
• Unity HDRP understanding a plus
• Some rigging a plus
• Hard Surface Modeling a must
• Organic modeling a plus
• Texture Paint and repaint a plus
• UV rework on existing models
• Existing asset optimization
• Must be able to work with short but reasonable timelines
• Capable portfolio that shows your work

• Be able to adapt to change requests
• Able to show and explain your work, workflow, understanding, and participation.
• A Microphone and decent quality internet to attend online meetings and collaborate with other remote team members.
• A Bank account in your country for weekly pay and deposit tracking
• Functional Computer to handle tasks.
• Assist team with ideas and solutions
• Rapid turn-around on solutions to help push the project further which will lead to a longer opportunity.
• Help finalize current projects so we can pick up more projects.

ADDITIONAL
• Pay is hourly and is paid weekly – You will use the team timesheet to log your hours.
• There is no set time of day that you must start your work, however you can always use the team chat system if you need to discuss updates or get updates.
• When a task is “hot” with a short deadline, a bonus pay may be offered to motivate completion. Bonus pay can be as much as a week to a full months pay applied to one paycheck if task is completed.
