When we took on the Architectural Visualization (3D ArchViz), which is rendering the full development into a 3D presentation form before ground was broken, the timeline was in jeopardy. The previous company hired was already 6 months into the first space and there were 8 spaces considered. We came on first as a consultant bridge between the client and the design firm, but later due to the timeframe, was asked to finish the project and do it under a month and a half. Running 24 hour shifts, we were able to finish just days before the official launch of The Arts development. It was an honor and while there is plenty we would love to go back to adjust and upgrade, the client needed us, and our only mission was to deliver quality on-time.
The 3D tour video is about 4 years from the time of this post. We still love it. It shows what hard work can do and if given the opportunity with more time, we will knock it out every time.
If you travel to San Antonio, you will see The Arts towering along the Riverwalk.
The Arts with Thompson Hotel is open for viewing
Its an experience in itself, give The Arts a tour. Make it the place you stay next!
Along this journey we got to meet some amazing people. Some of which you will see in the videos below. We ended up with so much material that went un-used. We had a vision but due to dedicated budgets needed for the project, we were unable to tell the full story we felt it needed.
The ability to see this material will be the purpose of the following section.
Some of listed videos are being used but the individual clips are not.
The individual clips are not meant to be final, they make up only a quarter of the content filmed; they are short informative segments that would have gone towards a grander vision.
A potential final version of the videos would consist of the designers in their workspaces, following Mariana and Jeff around to capture the true nature of her responsibilities. Traveling to her studio and the long days and nights to really capture what went into this project. Our thought process was not just about the structure but the people who came together to make it happen in an City with a smaller downtown skyline.
Since we were unable to tell this story, hopefully you'll find some value in what we were able to capture.

The below video is one of the first passes we submitted to give the client ideas about how the final could be. You will see many filmed shots of San Antonio as we traveled around for 4 days filming various areas for B-roll. None of this footage made it to the final released video. You will even notice different 3D rendered shots and how the idea changed over time.
Enjoy!
EB5 Spotlight - Chinese influence in a bustling city
We were contracted to do a one day sit down which highlighted different perspectives involving chinese citizens and their lifestyle in Houston. While the video is in mandarin, we felt it was still presented in a way that can be shown and inspired if you speak the language. Enjoy!
